Plugin – BP Profile Shortcodes Extra
BP Profile Shortcodes Extra maintains the features introduced in the original plugin, it provides shortcodes to display the username, display name, profile url, avatar photo etc. but in addition it provides the ability to display the users cover image and also a collection of cover, avatar and @username that allows a profile header to be created on any page in your site. You can either specify the member to be displayed or the shortcodes will display details of the user that is viewing the page.

BP Profile Activity Wall is a simple plugin that creates a Facebook – like ‘Wall’ of all users activity – personal, groups, mentions, friends etc. It also makes this the default landing tab for the users profile and has options to remove the other tabs and redirect logged in users from home to their activity page.

BP Messaging Control is a plugin that offers very powerful controls over BuddyPress private and public messaging via a simple settings interface. The plugin maps out all the roles used on the site and allows each to be assigned No Messaging, Admin Only, Reply Only or Full Messaging. In addition email quotas can be assigned. This is ideal for monetizing or differentiating messaging as part of your membership site.
